Alice received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, New York. She is a free-lance graphic/web designer with a passion for all things seed beads. She also designed and maintains this site for the members of DVBS.

The need to be creative had always been nurtured by her mother, to whom her pieces are often dedicated. She was her biggest fan who instilled in her the belief that anything was possible if you wanted it enough. Ten years ago, Alice found seed beads and began "collecting". Mostly interested in beadweaving techniques, she loves to learn a new stitch and see where the beads will take her.

She finds inspiration in all aspects of life... other artists, music and nature. She is awed by the mystery of how creation occurs. Inquire at Extraordinary Beads, Clinton, NJ to take one of Alice's Bead Embroidery classes.
